HÄVN FOR BUSINESSES: 

HÄVN offers an exceptional location and meeting rooms tailored for presentations, seminars, training sessions, meetings, and workshops. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, receptions, (walking) dinners, and even corporate parties at our versatile venue. All this accommodates up to 80 people.

Event Series and Personalization: 

We can discuss arranging a series of events throughout the year, such as training sessions. Everything can be customized to your preferences. Our setup options include:

• Auditorium Setup: Seating for 60 or reception tables, large front screen, and 2 additional screens on the wall.
• Flexible Reception Setup: Suitable for receptions and walking dinners, with reception tables for up to 80 people.
• Variable Arrangements for Meetings, Workshops, Lunches, and Dinners: Low tables for up to 40 people.

Personalized Touches and Photography: 

We're pleased to provide personalized "final touches." Additionally, we can arrange a photographer to capture photo and video materials of your event.

Catering: 

Our catering options are diverse, ranging from breakfast or small coffee receptions to brunch, lunch, and walking dinners. Whether you're craving Italian or Belgian cuisine, seafood, refined sandwiches, or salads, we've got you covered. For special occasions, our "haute cuisine" chef is at your service.

Coffee and Wine Enthusiasts:

 As passionate coffee and wine lovers ourselves, you'll definitely find something to indulge in on that front.

General Conditions:

 HÄVN is available for reservations from 8 AM until 2 AM every day of the week, including weekends, with a maximum sound level of 85 decibels. Our beautiful terrace can be enjoyed until 10 PM, taking into account noise regulations in a residential area.

Additional Services:

 Upon request, alongside the HÄVN event space, you can also reserve the FURBETTO restaurant. This allows us to offer a comprehensive package for around 120 people.

Tailored Pricing:

 Prices are personalized based on your specific requirements. Confirmation of the quotation and payment of the advance is required at least 1 month in advance.
